MACHINE DESCRIPTION

The butylating machine K700 SYNCHRO has the push rods and the butylating phases synchronized with the working speed and do not require adjustments. The operator can however set the quantity of extruded butyl (g. X ml.) ways ficare the beginning and fine of the butylating on the groove, simply by intervening on the Touch-Screen. The extruders made of steel are hardened and chromed and are not subject to wear even using the CHROMATECH stainless steel pro fili. The new panels Omron operator

are equipped with a tactile display for simple and intuitive use, the realistic and captivating graphic setting makes them extremely functional. With the IP65 protection degree they are perfectly suitable for use in harsh industrial environments. The K700 SYNCHRO Butilator it has a standard function of auto shutdown of the motors after 4 minutes of inactivity, this allows to significantly reduce the consumption of electricity and guarantee a long life of the components.
